1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting to this WiFi Hotspot, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please disconnect immediately.

2. Service Description

The WiFi Hotspot provided by Norech Holdings Ltd provides high-speed internet access to connecting devices. Access is granted upon successful payment via Selcom mobile money or valid voucher redemption.

3. Single Device Policy

Each session is bound to the MAC address of the device used at the time of purchase. Sharing access via "Hotspot", "Tethering", or hardware routers from your connected device to others is technically blocked and strictly prohibited.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use the service for:

• Illegal activities or distributing unlawful material.
• Interfering with other users' access or network security.
• Sending spam, malware, or automated bot traffic.
• Excessive bandwidth consumption that degrades service for others.

5. Privacy & Data

To provide and secure the service, we collect data as described in our Privacy Policy:

• MAC Address: Used to identify and authorize your device.
• Phone Number: Collected via Selcom for payment processing and receipt delivery.
• Session Logs: Timing and volume of data for billing and support.

6. Liability & Refunds

The service is provided "as is". Norech Holdings Ltd is not liable for data loss or device security. All payments are final; no refunds are provided for device incompatibility or partial usage.
